Churchay is a quiet meadow situated in a secluded corner of the farm. The 6m Lotus Belle Stargazer tent sleeps 4, with a king sized bed and two camp beds (suitable for kids under 10). A bathroom shed with an LPG shower and compost loo is adjacent. There is a covered alfresco kitchen area with decking and seating for four, and includes a gas hob, large cool box, pots, pans, utensils and crockery and cutlery. A firepit is also supplied.
Tucked away among the trees is a Hikki wood-fired Nordic bathtub, which beautiful views of our hills and the night sky.
All off-grid, this space is truly special. In the tent is a solar power hub, which provides USB charging for phones and ipads. The lighting is battery powered and can also be charged via USB. All linen and towels are provided.
In the next field is a large wildlife pond surrounded by wild flowers, with a picnic bench.
£150-170 per night (2 adults and 2 children maximum). Minimum 2-night stay.
Our family has been custodians of this land for seven decades. We manage the land sustainably and responsibly, with an aim to encourage biodiversity, improve our soil's health, and care for the environment. We offer our visitors a unique connection with farming, the landscape and nature.
